Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds for consulting services are only available if the scheduled requests were not met as per the agreed timeline. If the service has been fully delivered, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds for digital services will only be processed if the product has not been fully used. If the product has been used sparingly, a refund may still be possible based on usage and at our discretion.
- Any third-party transaction fees or service charges (e.g., payment gateway fees) may be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Services that have been fully delivered, such as personalized CV designs or consulting services, are not eligible for a refund.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are non-refundable.
